The CATalyst: How an Act of Exclusion Forged Our Method

On August 27, 2025, the initial plan for a large-scale field study in Tbilisi was forcibly terminated. The project coordinator, Miraziz Bazarov, was arbitrarily denied re-entry into Georgia under the pretext of a non-existent "work-visa"

This incident was not a failure; it was a real-world stress test that proved the necessity of a monitoring model resistant to administrative pressure. The act designed to halt our work became the very catalyst that forged our unique methodology. Forced to operate from exile, we had to innovate. This constraint led directly to the development of the tools and systems detailed in "Our Method".
